Heating Services

Indoor Air Quality Services

Comfort problems aren't always caused by the equipment. Dry air, dusty rooms, weak airflow, and temperature differences can point to issues elsewhere in the home. We check the air side too, then recommend the right mix of filtration, purification, humidity control, or ductwork.

How Havana Solutions started.

Meet the Owner

Deivy spent years working for other HVAC contractors around Denver, where he kept seeing the same problems: jobs quoted before anyone had properly looked and homeowners being sold systems they didn't need. In 2022, he started Havana Solutions so the diagnosis always came before the quote. Today, the company has grown to a three-technician team, and he still works in the field.

He's NATE and EPA 608 certified and still answers many of the calls himself. Service is available in both English and Spanish, whichever you're more comfortable with.

Why Denver Homeowners Call Havana

Photos of what we found, and a price in writing

You see what our technician sees. We show you photos of the issue, explain what they mean, and put the price in writing before anything is ordered or work begins.

At least two ways to fix it

When there is more than one sensible fix, we'll show you the options side by side, repair or replacement, lower upfront cost or longer-term value. You choose what fits your home and budget.

Someone answers, day or night

Call after hours or on a weekend and someone answers, often the owner himself. If the visit falls outside regular hours, we'll explain the after-hours rate before anyone heads your way.

Registered with Xcel for heat pump rebates

We're registered with Xcel for qualifying cold-climate heat pump rebates. Our team handles the contractor side of the paperwork and explains what you need to do before the rebate moves forward.

English and Spanish

Prefer to talk through the repair in Spanish? That's no problem at all. Our team can explain what we found, what it means, and your options in either language.

Insured, and nobody's working to a quota

Our HVAC company is independently owned and insured, with no franchise or investor group setting sales targets. If the smaller repair makes sense, that's the option our technician will recommend.

Day or Night, Heating or Cooling, Someone Picks Up

Emergency Heating and Cooling Services in Denver, CO

When the furnace quits after dark or the AC gives up on a hot afternoon, call us. Someone answers day or night and helps you figure out what happens next. Emergency heating and cooling calls get priority, and calls that come in early can often be handled the same day in Denver.

What "day or night" actually means

The phone is answered at any hour, including weekends. If a technician needs to come out outside 8 to 5, we'll explain the after-hours rate before anyone heads your way. You know what the visit will cost before the truck rolls.

What it costs to find out

$70 covers the trip and diagnosis, and it's credited toward the repair if you approve the work. Labor is fixed; parts vary. Once our HVAC specialist has inspected the system, you'll get a firm price before anything is ordered or started.
